it's worth the gamble. PERGOLINA.COM

People often ask if creativity in business is worth the risk.
The truth is, every creative decision is a gamble. The question isn't whether you'll take a risk—it's whether you'll bet on something that truly reflects who you are.
When I opened Pergolina, I wasn't trying to follow a formula. I wanted to create a place that felt different. A place where art, curiosity, conversation, and beautiful food could exist together. It wasn't designed to appeal to everyone. It was designed to make people feel something, to see the beauty in common goods.
That was the gamble.
Creativity asked me to go with what i loved to think out of the box. to trust and to dance down the isles of beauty to believe in the artist journey
One of the biggest risks I ever took was making a major change in my business. It wasn't an easy decision.

Change never is when you've poured your heart into something you've built from the ground up. But creativity isn't just about having new ideas—it's also about having the courage to evolve.
That's the return on creativity.
So, is creativity a gamble?
you bet......no pun.......
But playing it safe can be an even bigger risk. Safe businesses are often forgotten. Creative businesses become stories people tell, and still speak about how they felt
Pergolina was never just a business to me. It was proof that taking a creative leap can build something far more valuable than a transaction—it can build connection, inspire others, and leave a legacy.
Sometimes the biggest gamble isn't choosing creativity.
It's choosing not to.
