Payment

Shipping

Returns

To start a return, email gifts@pergolina.com with your order number and the item. We will reply with the next steps and the return address.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email gifts@pergolina.com within 7 days with a photo. We will make it right.

Order changes
You may cancel an online order within 24 hours of placing it. Email gifts@pergolina.com to cancel.
