Shipping policy

We ship within the United States. We do not regularly ship outside the United States at this time.

We pack and ship most orders within 2 to 4 business days. You will get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is going. You will see the cost before you pay.

Local pickup and delivery

If you are nearby Toluca Lake, you may pick up your order or ask about local delivery. Choose the pickup option at checkout, or email gifts@pergolina.com to arrange it. We will reply with a time and place.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, email gifts@pergolina.com within 7 days with a photo. We will make it right.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your order, check with your neighbors and your local carrier first. Then email us and we will help you track it down.
