PAYMENT

PRIVACY POLICY
Keeping customer information secure is a top priority at Pergolina.

We protect personal information by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed applicable law.

SALES TAX
A 9% sales tax before shipping will be added to all California addresses.

SHIPPING / HANDLING
Most of our orders are shipped via UPS. Your order will usually be shipped within two business days. Orders arrive within 5 – 7 days depending on your location. We will contact you via email if your purchase will be delayed or is out of stock. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

All jewelry will be insured for the first $100. There is also a $9 handling fee in addition to shipping costs.

Shipping charges will be calculated according to weight.

RETURN POLICY
Merchandise purchased from Pergolina.com may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase if in original condition and packaging and if accompanied with a receipt. Shipping costs from Pergolina will not be refunded or credited. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. To make a return, send an email to gifts@pergolina.com, include your order number and the item you are returning. We will reply with a return authorization number which you will need to include in the address field on your package. All vintage goods, clothing (including scarves), blankets, throws, and tea towels are NONRETURNABLE.

If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, notify us and we will send a replacement.

Pergolina must be notified within seven days of delivery of all damaged goods.

Online purchases may be canceled within 24 hours.
